WeBuyCars Richmond

Bought a car in December and all was good and merry, first passenger airbag was faulty and we knew about it, but we took the car under the promise that it'd be fixed within the first month. Salesman(Amaan) (He says he has since resigned when we try to reach out) was quite helpful at the start as he organised a few appointments with some mechanics to have it sorted, but they all failed until we had to go to Mercedes-Benz, who told us the cost would be around 7k to fix it, which didn't happen. Xenon headlight started to malfunction and we had to replace it, and pay for it. Even though we were told we have a Warranty cover that has never been responsible for anything, but us.

Seeing as the 6 months cut-off for returning unwanted vehicles was fast approaching, we decided to take the car back in May because not only the airbag is the issue now, we also noticed that all the rims had multiple cracks that were welded and we were never made aware of, they have reoccured and are now releasing tyre pressure making the car immobile, steering is so stiff and hard to operate, likely because of no pressure in all wheels. Brakes light showed up on our dashboard within 2 months, we had to change brakepads and disks. Anyways, current situation is, we had to take the car to Mercedes-Benz for a diagnostic run and we sent the report to We Buy Cars, they've stalled for over a month now, our case was assigned to Kevin who has been telling us that he is waiting for a second, lower quote from Mercedes-Benz and they are busy pushing the agenda of fixing the car even though we have made it clear that we nolonger have trust in this car and possibilities of other problems showing up beyond return time, where we will eventually be stuck with it.

I have tried to even suggest a trading the car back in for a newer car where we would obviously add more money but they just taking their own time and I can just see how it'll be even in future. We want OUT now please, no more trade ins, please take your car back and settle the bank. A once happy customer with a very disappointing end.
