WeBuyCars Refusing to pay my Refund almost a month now

Iv been waiting for my refund payment from WeBuyCars for 2 weeks now and I have still not been paid my money, Their vehicle was collected three weeks ago and iv been promised an immediate payment from their refund department since last week but nothing is been done. On a daily basis I'm calling the agent who was assisting me, Yul Carlinsky, multiple times and I am not being helped, he is constantly ignoring my calls on a daily basis. This deal has been canceled over a month now and WeBuyCars does not want to pay me my money, and their legal team is lying about having payed me to the Motor Industry Ombudsman and they have not paid me, I still do not have my money!!!
