WeBuyCars Refundable deposit of R10 000 to reserve a car never received back

We paid a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO RESERVE a car at WeBuyCars Riverhorse Valley, Durban KZN in November 2025 of R10 000 ("entirely up to you") - which we bought eventually, and couriered from Durban to Cape Town Brackenfell WeBuyCars, nothing wrong with the car. BUT, we have been battling since the deal was completed, to get our 'refundable deposit to reserve the car' back from WeBuyCars after NUMEROUS attempts and conversations, phone calls, emails, promises and still nothing received. This is such extreme poor service delivery from Riverside Valley WEBUYCARS. What a disappointment, please take note!
