Webuycars - Refund My Money

I purchased a Category A vehicle on the 03/07/2023 which, according to your terms and conditions “have a lower risk profile and should be usable and durable for a reasonable period of time”.

I have not been able to use this vehicle due to mechanical issues that started on the second day. Which i called the sales person and a dispute. was logged. ***. If the vehicle had been checked and categorized correctly i would have not purchased it. Now for your am sitting with a vehicle in less than a month of purchase, you are refusing to refund.

I have not been able to do that. Since you have failed to sufficiently repair the defect in the vehicle, i am entitled to a refund in terms of section 56(3)(b) of the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, please refund me the amount that I paid for the vehicle as I have mentioned in my previous emails.
