WEBUYCARS R5,000 DEPOSIT REFUND?!

I have been a huge supporter of Webuycars until now, only by viewing their site and the nearest branch, only "window shopping" as I am a ***** of motor vehicles! So what I am asking is a call from Webuycars as I have a predicament! Over the past weekend, I was online on their site and had a look how the online auctions are working. I registered successfully, by making an EFT payment of R5,000, and thereafter only browsing what deals they have available. The only feedback I received was an SMS confirming that my registration was done successfully. Then, this afternoon, I received a phone call from a sales person from the Brackengate branch to inform me that I was successful in the online auction purchase of a motorcycle.... I was so shocked! I told the person that this was a mistake! And that he must please arrange for the sale to be reversed, which he confirmed later that it was done. BUT that my R5,000 can not be reversed! I also sent an email to their Customer care requesting a reversal/refund of my R5,000 deposit. Therefore I wish to request that a WBC representative contact me to arrange for the reversal/refund of my deposit PLEASE!!!
