WeBuyCars no comeback
Be aware NEVER BUT NEVER BUY FOR WeBuyCars. Once you paid you alone. They huge and only want your money. Any problem/s with the s**** vehicle you bought based on an manipulated Decra report which by the way Webuy control, you on your own. WeBuy manipulate you because they know the consumer protection act very well and mislead you eg. Once you report a problem with the vehicle WeBuy will ask you for a quote to repair, you provide. Then WeBuy will request you to hand 8n the vehicle for their own independent evaluation. They then manipulate their "independent" "specialist" to state the problem is totally different and related to a problem referred to in the Delta report and it is your problem. This is total ******* because when you then report to the MIOSA ombutsman ( with whom WeBuy are also liked to even with a ek mail miosa@webuycars.... mail) they will respond that you have taken the vehicle to a third party ( to get the requested quote) and you therefore are not any more protected by the consumer protection act. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BUY FROM ******* WeBuy!!!!

Further to my review I like to make any buyers aware of the following: Note: NB that when you want to take the vehicle for a test drive the fuel has been drained out of all the vehicles and it is not possible to take the vehicle for a propper test drive- no fuel- the sales person will also restrict you where and how far and fast you may drive. NOTE all WeBuy branches are carefully located near filling stations in order for new buyer to fill up te reach their destination. It is not possible for the vehicle to warm up and thermostat to open and let coolant circulate. No leaks, blown head gasket, warm oil in gearbox, diff and warm clutch, high spe ed etc. problems can be detected during test drive. However WeBuy will make you on numerous occasions aware and sign that you had ample opportunity to test drive the vehicle. Note: The Delta report was also done with no fuel- look at the fuel level in the report photos. 2nd Note: The buyer got 21 days for roadworthy and registration after purchase. Dekra report mention engin gearbox etc in very good condition. ( Reason why you bought the vehicle). The report mention tyres, breaks and lights are roadworthy relevant items that require repair. Buyer repair above, roadworthy and register vehicle within legal required 21 days. WeBuy know this 21 days limit and the buyers protection act of 6 months. However the 3rd party/s to repairs to above is the WeBuy escape route. WeBuy operate brutal Mafia style tactics using friendly " we sorry and will investigate" type replays. BE VERY AWARE AND STAY AWAY FO M THIS PLACE!!! You on you own against the huge manipulation Mafia style business that carefully studied the laws and know every loophole. Use social media to warn your friends.
