Webuycars Never Again

I bought a vehicle from webuycars with a roadworthy voucher. The dekra report indicated that there was no problem with the steering and suspension and the tires were in a very good condition according to their report. I drove the vehicle on the highway and noticed that it was swerving from side to side. I did not think much of it as I thought it was the wheel alignment. However when I took it for wheel alignment I was told that the ball joints and shocks needed to be replaced. I took the quote to the manager at webuycars. He instructed the dekra mechanic to check it. The mechanic said that nothing was wrong. I told the manager that I would take it to another mechanic for a third opinion. He advised me to take the vehicle to someone they deal with. I took it there and the mechanic there confirmed that the shocks and ball joints needed to be replaced and they found that also the control arm bushes were damaged and needed to be replaced. I went back to the manager at webuycars and showed him the quote. He told me to take the vehicle to dekra to do the roadworthy. There they found even more faults. I again went back to the manager and gave him the roadworthy report. The guy who dealt with my vehicle at dekra told me that he does not understand why these damages and faults were never noted on the dekra report. People please you should be made aware of the risks when buying from companies like these. You pay alot of your hard earned money only to find later on that you bought *******. You cannot rely on these dekra reports as they are not trustworthy. And when you report the matter to webuycars they have a million questions and answers and you will still leave there with nothing.
