WeBuyCars must burn in hell

I would like to honestly warn anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle from We Buy Cars. Guys, if you want peace of mind, find a different car dealership. I myself have bought multiple vehicles from this company over the years and I can tell you that the customer experience is no longer the same as before, it has deteriorated dismally. It is the most horrible and frustrating experience you'll go through, mark my words. The JHB South branch is the worst of them all. The sales rep that was assisting me on the last purchase Bonakele Mkhwa**** was the most rude, inefficient and lying person I've ever met. He knows he can do as he pleases because their escalation process is non existent. To get my R10000 refund for reserving a car is still delayed, I'm calling them everyday and they sending me from pillar to post even though I already bought the car 4 weeks ago. I won't even mention the false vehicle condition reports. I've at least witnessed 4 or 5 cars that were not in, even in the slightest, the condition described in the condition report. Oh guys I dare you to go and attempt buying a vehicle from We Buy Cars and you will regret it, i promise you. They have permanently lost me as a customer. I will never shop there again ever. I can assure you that this business will be in the grave that they've been digging 10 years from now. Mark my words.
