WeBuyCars Montague Branch excellent service

I bought my Toyota Auris HSD from WeBuyCars at the Montague branch towards the end of November 2021 and was assisted by the salesman Jason who did an excellent job of taking me through everything and getting things done. I was happy with my purchase. On the 1 December 2021 the Hybrid system gave a warning. I contacted Jason and was advised to bring the car in no hassle. They checked and the error disappeared. I was given my vehicle back and was advised if it appears again to let them know immediately. Round about the 2 Jan 2022 the same error appeared. Can was taken in. This time round it was sent to Toyota to check on WeBuyCars expense. I received a call from the manager at WeBuyCars Montague branch who informed me they are taking care of it and they kept me updated daily with exactly what was going on. It turns out the Hybrid batteries was the cause and this was replaced. I have since received my vehicle back and i am very happy. This is the best service i have received in a long while and this was my first purchase from them. From start to finish excellent service and i will definitely buy another vehicle from them and will also recommend my friends/family going to them.
