WeBuyCars Midstream terrible service

We bought a second hand car with WeBuyCars Midstream in Feb 2023, within that month the car had issues which they took in and claimed to have fixed the problem. Now in July the SAME issue resurfaced, we took the car in on the 7th of July 2023. Since then we have not been receiving consistent communication, if we don't enquire no one will update us of what is happening. The car has 6 months warranty but now they are trying to tell us that our claim cannot be accepted because we serviced our car with an Independent Certified Service Provider ( which in the contract is stated that we can use an Independent Certified Service Provider).

We are now in the 3rd week, no communication of when the car will be done, we have to use Uber for work and school drop off, we raised how this is a HUGE inconvenience to our family finances andWeBuyCars Midstream does not even offer to lend out one of their cars while our car is in their workshop.

We are very dissatisfied with their service, communication and turnaround time in fixing our car.

Till today WeBuyCars has not owned up to selling a faulty car; instead they told me to go to OMBUDSMAN (MIOSA), i found that to be very condescending. I am going to 2 months now without my car ( which i am still paying for).
