Webuycars Midstream I am driving with an expired license disc! waiting for my license
Delivery date I paid for vehicle registration 8 September 2018, to date I still do not have the license and number plates, every week I am told it will be resolved ‘by end of the week’ . I have made several calls trying to escalate my complaint to the manager, and always advised ‘the manager will call me back ‘ today am still waiting ! Recently was told WBC doesn’t do licensing but a third party, that I know but I have paid in WBC bank account and I expect value for my money

As per the email from our Branch Manager, Henry Harber, kindly find that your vehicle is licensed and that we do have number plates for the vehicle. The only people authorized to do the personalized number plates you requested are in the process of moving office and we are not too sure as to when they will be able to complete the final step of the process.
If you would please be able to let us know whether you would be happy to collect the license we have available for you until we have the changed plates, we can make the necessary arrangements?
