I do understand you have limited staff and you do practice social distances but to refuse us entrance because we don't have an appointment with you. We were at your branch in Midstream looking to buy 2 Ford Rangers cash for our business. We informed the staff at the entrance we are here to buy cash not finance and not here to just browse.

As far as we are concerned we will take all our future business elsewhere and i would recommend everyone else to do the same.
