Webuycars Mbombela Branch

I bought a car at Webuycars Mbombela branch in Mpumalanga in November, and Webuycars insisted I take a warranty for the car which I did through them. Last week the car broke down, and when I send the car for repairs Innovation (warranty) is refusing to pay because they say Webuycars was supposed to perform a pre-delivery service before handing over the car to me. In essence Webuycars sold me a defective warranty after insisting I pay for the warranty upfront. I am considering taking legal action against Webuycars for selling me a defective warranty. I am being sent from pillar to post.
