WeBuyCars lies about "as-is" policy on false report vehicle (***)

I am updating my review regarding WeBuyCars Polokwane wrongfully keeping my R6,338.99 transport deduction. After I flatly refused their insulting verbal offer to settle for 50%, their team responded in writing with a complete lie. They are now claiming they "can't do anything" because the 2011 Chrysler Grand Voyager was bought on an "as-is" auction policy. Let me set the record straight publicly: This was NOT a salvage or scrap auction. This was a standard WeBuyCars online "Price Drop" promotional sale. You cannot issue a completely FALSE vehicle status report, trick a consumer, and then try to hide behind an ******* "as-is" / Voetstoots excuse to ***** their transport fee when they cancel the deal. Under Section 41 of the CPA, misleading a consumer is strictly *******. To the WeBuyCars management: I have already exposed this "**** auction" excuse directly to Senior Case Specialist Ipeleng Nyatlo at MIOSA under active Case ***/***. Your call center agents can stop playing games. I will not accept a single cent less than my full R6,338.99 refund. See you at the Ombudsman ruling.
