Webuycars licensing woes

Bought a motorcycle from Webuycars Silver Lakes branch and taken delivery on 14 March 2022. License disc was never provided, eventually I was asked to take bike for another roadworthy as it expired, done this on 03 May 2022. Up to date, 23 May, I still don't have my license disc, 10 weeks later... Now unable to use the vehicle as it is *******.
