WeBuyCars knowingly sold me a car with a mechanical issue and didn’t disclose.

WeBuyCars knowingly sold me a car with a mechanical issue and this was never disclosed to me. The Darka report indicated that the car had no mechanical issues. I only drove the car for 2 weeks and it began to smoke heavily. When I took it to a dealership/workshop it was found that it had a faulty turbo and the car was burning oil which also impacted the engine even more. I’ve just found documentation inside the logbook of a diagnostic they did a month before I bought the car which indicated that the car had a mechanical failure. WeBuyCars knew the car was not in a good condition yet they continued with the sale and the issue was never disclosed to me.

For 2 full months I am paying for a car I’m not using because WeBuyCars is giving me the run around to get my car fixed or to give me a new deal.
