Saw a car on Friday 20th Nov and app**** online. Saturday I received a text to say I have been pre approved. Monday I received a message to submit document. Tuesday I got full approval. No Salesman called me and I had to call him. He then tells me car in for repairs. Told me he will give me feedback - next day Wed had to contact them again - to be told tires was replaced and car will have increased price. Thursday I contact salesman again for update to be told that the car is now in auction??? How does that work? I was given a long explanation from here to there which i was really not interested in. Why advertise something - request all the documents approve it and then car is on auction? Not once was I offered something else similar price. Total waste of time and will take my business else where. Thanks for nothing Webuycars
