Webuycars is robbing its customers

I had a rather unfortunate experience when I purchased a Kia Soul from the Webuycars Richmond Park branch. It deeply troubles me to say that I ended up with a defective car. Shockingly, the branch was fully aware of the problems with the transponder and locking system, as they had misplaced the original key to the vehicle. Instead of being upfront and transparent about this issue, they deliberately chose to remain silent and assure me that everything was in perfect working order. It is truly disheartening to see that Webuycars engages in deceptive practices and exploits their unsuspecting clients. I am now left with a car that is giving me problems and left stranded. They are well aware that referring us to MIOSA is a dead end since it is not helpful, and this knowledge is shared by numerous motorists. Our only option is litigation if they are not willing to assist.
