Webuycars is deceiving and dishonest

I purchased a Kia Soul from Webuycars Richmond Park, but unfortunately, the car had defects. The key did not respond to the car, causing problems with starting and unlocking. The branch misplaced the key and attempted to reprogram a new one, but the programming was not done correctly. Despite these issues, the car was still delivered to me in this faulty condition. The branch Manager, Jez, has shown arrogance and refused to address my concerns. I reported the situation, but no action was taken. I question whether this is a matter of privilege or favoritism towards certain staff members at Webuycars. The deception towards clients at Webuycars is completely unacceptable. Additionally, it is crucial to address the issue of race, as I strongly believe that the treatment I received is racially motivated.
