Webuycars is arrogant and feel they are mightier than customers

Webuycars has become increasingly useless in recent times. To begin with, I was deceived when purchasing a car from them. The branch misplaced the key and sold me a car with faulty keys. The vehicle has issues with starting and the unlocking system is also faulty. Despite having owned the car for 3 months, I still haven't received the necessary documentation for it. The Branch Manager, Jez, is highly ineffective, but unfortunately, it seems he won't face any consequences due to privileges not afforded to other staff members. The racial tensions within Webuycars are palpable, even extending to the treatment of customers, which is absolutely appalling. All I ask is for the issues with my car to be resolved, but it is clear that Webuycars' arrogance will make it necessary for me to continue expressing my dissatisfaction.
