Think very long & hard before purchasing at WEBUYCARS as their refund process is designed so that you can never get your money back.

I cancelled the purchase of a vehicle midway due to some issues i felt were not properly communicated on the Dekra report. I requested for a refund on 20/05/2024 two weeks later, I am still waiting despite their claim of a refund taking up to 72hours. The salesperson says they have submitted the refund request,I have sent all the relevant documentation when I call the customercare to follow-up they claim there is nothing they can do on their end and then put me through to the salesperson who in turn confirms that he submitted the refund.It is a never ending circle of uselessness for such an allegedly reputable company.
