webuycars is a *****
21October 2024 Bought car online after going through Dekra report. Been pleading for registration documents up till this day. Sales people incapable of addressing complaint. Non existent managers to engage. Customer service department is paid for nothing. No follow up. Even if a car looks like a bargain. I would not recommend a friend to trouble themselves with webuycars. Maybe webuycars got too big too fast and no senior person checks the key things are done, including competency level of the multitudes of young people they employ. I'm still waiting for my documents, forced to drive the car without license.

Being a large employer, and having some edges over your competition, I hope you get your house in order in auditing your processes. By the way, it may be a thumb suck because nobody wanted to engage to for why I had to come here.
