Webuycars i regret doing business with you

My matter is still not resolved till to date, I'm now communicating alone on the emails ( no one is saying anything) Amanda Fourie just went mia on me. I've been seeking updates for the past two and I'll be seeking feedback for the third time today and she won't say anything as usual. Webuycars the paint brush you using isn't good for your image but that's none on my business.

Can anyone in webuycars team kindly provide me with feedback and assistance with providing with written letter that has your letterhead stating that "Webuycars has previously put the car i bought to someone else's name webuycars has currently rectified that on the 10th of October, accident happened on the 14th of September and ever since webuycars cars is struggling to obtain the Disc because of that mistake, also advice on paper that the car is now a salvage and can't go for roadworthy test in order to obtain the Disc and state that webuycars provided me with that the letter to produce at the license department "

FYI The finance house "marquis finance" has said i should pass that message to you webuycars i don't know how because there's no one communicating with me now it's like people are fed up with because of their in house silly mistake.
