THIS IS PROBABLY THE 5TH TIME IM COMPLAINING ABOUT WEBUYCARS AND HELLOPETER. LOOKS LIKE NOBODY CARES. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS NOW AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY NATIS PAPER AFTER I PAID CASH FOR MY CAR????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
