WeBuyCars Germiston

WeBuyCars Germiston I have had the worst experience. On the 15th of October I contacted a salesman where I told him about a car that I wanted to reserve but wasn't able to due to my old work email being linked to my profile and I don't have access to it as I don't work for that company any more. I then gave him a new email address to update my profile. He responded and said he'll have it sorted. We went on with the sale. I sorted my financing out and the car was scheduled with a new courier company to be delivered to the nearest branch to me(Brackenfell) on the 31st of October. I didn't mind waiting at all as I wasn't in a rush but the scheduled date was very important as we had to travel 200kms to get to the branch as ot was the nearest to us. The sales guy didn't seem to know where the vehicle was and said that we was promised it would be delivered before the 31st of October. The few days leading up to it I asked multiple times if it was still going to be there and the salesman ensured that I would be there and not to worry. My husband took leave and I arranged my appointments also to be on this date to that we have it all done on the same day to avoid extra expenses. The morning of the 31st one on at the Germiston branch was able to tell me where my car is or what the courier company's names is as Webuycars only uses TAC but the Germiston branch was using a different one as they deliver faster. At around 10am the courier company phoned me directly stating that they had an issue during the week and their truck broke down. The sender a new truck to fetch the cars but somehow left mine behind but it was just loaded and will be in Cape Town on Sunday before close of business. The sales manager and I agreed that I would rather wait until Monday. Myself and my husband took another days leave to be there the Monday, just for the car to still not be there. The salesman also did not arrange with anyone at the Brackenfell branch to finalize the deal. When the car got there at just before 1pm they tyres were very warn. I specifically asked if the tyres were still good he never responded. When I asked him about it again he said that roadworthy didn't say anything. The point is, I was expecting a vehicle with tyres that were will going to be good for some time. Now I have to fork out R21k to have them all replaced. The vehicle was so extremely dirty on the inside. He said he will have it cleaned on the inside but I told him not to bother with the outside as it will just get dirty again with the travel to Cape Town. There was food and dirt ALL over the seats. Melted candy and chocolate. He didn't bother to have the inside cleaned. I didn't expect it to be spotless but I definitely didn't expect it to be this dirty. When I opened the boot. The rubber on the back that seats the boot is broken. I asked him about that. He said he didn't notice it. When my husband open the bonnet all the covers including the batter and fuel line have no clips or blots/*****s. At this point Brackenfell branch was going to take the deal as there was a lot to sort out and Germiston was not willing to sort it out or take responsibility. Our new sales guy( Nafees) from Brackenfell left everything he was busy with to help us he sorted the bolts/nuts/*****s out. He got the tyres sorted eventhough I still needed to pay for the new set. Sorted ALL the paperwork out and buy 17h45 we receive the invoice just for Germiston to ***** the sale from Nafees. Germiston's sales manager, Dalu, as been very understanding and kind, he offered a R1000 fuel compensation which we accepted. Yesterday, 4 November 2025, I receive a message from my previous company stating that ALL my paperwork, invoices, contracts, bank contract as all been sent to my old work email and has been broadcasted to the whole department. I cannot believe this happened. I was so shocked and upset. I spoke to Tim, the warehouse manager to delegated it back to the salesman. Who apparently forgot to change it. He will be facing disciplinary actions but that is not solving anything. Firing him does nothing for me. I don't want this guy to sit without without work. He definitely needs better training but it seems like they are sweeping it under the rug. This is so unacceptable. I need better.

It has been 2 months and I still have not received any feedback. This is ridiculous. I have now noted an issue with the car and the manager, since the 15th of December has yet to give me feedback as what to do. The lack of communication is insanely ridiculous. I need this to be sorted please.
