My partner bought a car from we buy cars in Silverton 2 months back. I am doing this review to hopefully let other buyers understand that WeBuyCars has ZERO customer care and don't look after their customers. Also no one can make a decision. The Manager of Silverlakes was riding around on Segway and would not get off it when we wanted to ask questions. VERY Unprofessional. All he could say was sorry I can't answer the question or I don't have the authority. What is the point of a Manager if all they can say is that!!!! For the price of her car they couldn't even offer a coffee while we had to wait. Sorry they need to go on a course to look after customers as they are useless in that department. All I can say is WeBuyCars needs alot of rethinking to do if they think customers ever want to promote their business as I am for sure one that will always give them the finger and help potential customers to not go to any stores.
