WeBuyCars Epping - Riedwaan and Miles

I bought a Ford Ranger 2.2 diesel, and went to the Epping branch in Cape Town. I asked the first consultant I saw to assit me find the vehicle I searched for on their website. Mr Riedwaan Karriem, did not hesitate to stop what he was doing, to assisting me find the vehicle. With client-anticipation, he fetched the keys, opened up, explained carefully everything about the vehicle. He also took a keen personal interest in the conversation, to ask what I'd be using it for, etc. Mr Karriem was accompanied by his ***orker, Mr Miles, who ensured that the process from viewing, test drive, vehicle reservation, road worthy check, and finally purchase - ran as smooth as possible. Riedwaan took special care behind the scenes to ensure I get the best deal possible which included the vehicle, warranty, and Dekra compliance for road worthy. All this took place within 2days. Riedwaan and Miles communication over WhatsApp was on point and immidiate. Purchasing the bakkie was my aim, but the sale service made it a great experience, thanks to Riedwaan, Miles, and Chrysilla in finance.
