WeBuyCars Epping branch has favouritism

I did an enquiry at WeBuyCars Epping branch about a car that is available, first what was disappointing is for me to contact my sales person and Lynton DubPlesis my sales agent after I contacted him he wanted to chat via WhatsApp and I had to question him for that then the next thing he told me the car was reserved from the 7th of this month for someone so I can’t view the car in case the person decided to buy the car and I questioned that because what he was saying is contradicting the WeBuyCars policy but I guess at this branches it’s about who you know in order to be assisted because I bet even the person they are reserving the car for it’s their friend that’s why they are stalling to other customers , they are taking to note their favourite clients or should I say friends and I can attest to say they don’t follow their policy mandate very disappointed on them .
