WEBUYCARS EMPTY PROMISES

Upon our purchase of our Ford Bus, we forgot to put our car trough te test.

As I explained to Jason Dunn ON THE 15/05/2023AT 8:37 at WEBUYCARS, that this is not a everyday thing, why is there no follow up service from them?

As I explained my dissatisfaction of their service, he told me tat we must just go and put the car through the test, and they will refund us. As the car not going trough the test, we couldn't take out a license for the bus. I explained to him tat I don't have a car at that moment, to transport our children in.

Our car has been put trough the test, new license, BUT YET NO REFUND!!!! Again, no communication received. We need to phone them weekly, and only receive empty promises. POOR SERVICE for such a major company. .... just a number,
