WEBUYCARS

On the 13th July 2022 i bought a car from webuycars on auction at the Germiston branch. I made a bid for that car Opel Corsa Utility for R62 000,the bid i made was based per the pictures and most importantly the DEKRA REPORT that webuycars provided. From the day i got the car i have been having loads of complications from the leaking petrol tank,the clutch kit that had seized and the braking system that was not on the DEKRA REPORT On the REPORT all that was stated as ether Very GOOD or Good. On the 22nd August i had a major mechanical fault were by the Engine Block actually broke and i did make a Complaint to webuycars and till today there are still waiting for a workshop assessment quotation. I spent 62K of my saving on a car that has been parked in my yard ever since. Upon receiving the car i did bring it to James the salesman attenition that there was issues with that car he then made a note on his file and was to bring it to his managers attention,till today i have heard no word. On the complaints team i spoke to a JOHNW who promises to get back but never does.
