After 3 deals with them I realise that on the first deal the spare wheel that does not fit the car was not a mistake but probably a on purpose from them. On the second and third deal they charge for on the road but then send you all the details and you have to go and get your own license and pay for it again. Phoned them about it then they say you have to log a complain to get someone to phone you so you could claim your money back. Unacceptable!!!! Also on the third deal we found out later that the wheel spanner don’t fit the nuts. After speaking to we buy cars they moved the blame and told me I had the opportunity the check everything. Yes I did check that there is a Jack and tools but never checked that it fit. So my suggestion to everyone buying from them make sure on everything they not honest.
