Webuycars durban experience

I had purchased a vehicle for cash from webuycars durban, from salesman Ronaldo du toit on the 31st May 2022, i was given delivery of the vehicle the very same day and was told that the natis document must be collected after the transfer of ownership was done, which should take two days. But i had to wait two months before i was told the there was a problem locating the natis, and that i could return the vehicle for a refund, which i did but had to wait another week for the funds , this was my most stressfull car buying experience I've ever had . Had it not been for my salesman Ronaldo du Toit for his excellent service throughout this process, i think i would be still waiting for a solution. Congradulations to Ronaldo for his service, but as for his *********** colleagues, i cannot say the same, i would be glad to do business with Webuycars because of him.
