Webuycars Dome - Randburg

We app**** for finance and trade in with Webuycars Dome in Randburg. The team we worked with was unprofessional and kept giving us false i formation and hope.

We went in on a Saturday morning after numerous communications with them on the vehicle we want to trade in for. On arrival we had so much excitement and we had made a solid decision to ensure that this transaction goes smoothly without any issues from our side.

The sales agent Zander kept telling us everything is done and that everything would be finalized shortly. Soon it became a blame game from the sales agent, to the F&I ladies to the Buyers. They assured us that the issue they experiencing was common and would be over soon. At 3 pm they told us we might as well go home because the buyers wont help us. Then we were told to come back tomorrow Sunday 28th August. We arrived again around 11am Sunday and they told us that the banks are offline. They again told us to go home and that they would travel to us.

Monday they gave another excuse and told us that the contract is not ready and that all would be finalized Tuesday.

At this point we had given up on their pathetic service and cancelled the whole thing.

Having to deal with Shimoney , Jeanne, Schalk & Zander has been the worse experience i have ever gone through with my spouse.
