Webuycars doesn't deregister bought cars!

I sold them a Toyota Hikux bakkie in Cape Town. Now I receive e-toll invoices from Gauteng dated 18 of October 2020! Beware, it seems this company doesn't register the vehicles in their own name or sell them whilst still registered in your name. My phone calls to the sales person David are not answered or returned. My email complaint so far unanswered. Still no proof that the vehicle is not in my name anymore ( 23 November 2020! )
