Webuycars does not want to refund me

Please assist . So I bought a car from WeBuyCars ZA through the online auction beginning of January .

The car needed some spray work , ignition ,door locks and a few other issues which was carried out .

3 weeks later webuycars contacted us that the car had been ******/cloned and we should return the car. The car was collected by them . Now the issue is that they giving me the runaround for the car refund and also the work that was done . They requested receipts and pop which I emailed to them .

They trying to make excuses that we returned the vehicle without a radio ,spare wheel . I have the dekra report and it clearly states that their was no radio nor spare wheel.

What's my way forward as it's almost been 2 months . I have no car and they have my money too.
