WeBuyCars do not wanna refund customers and their cars have mechanical problems. The dekra report is a lie

I bought a car with we buy cars after a month or less i experience mechanical problems. I call to let them know they said they will fix it. 3 month later they told me they been waiting for a part, now the part is missed placed by VW. Which brings me to a conclusion that they were lying and ****s at the same time. Okay fine i told them i cancel the car deal. Now they are taking forever to cancel and don't wanna refund my money. Am stack now because i can't even buy a car. DO NOT CHOOSE WE BUY CARS. ********.
