WeBuyCars do not make payments as promised

We sold our Prado to WeBuyCars on the 15th of June with the promise that our MFC loan will be paid based on the Settling Balance we received from MFC, which was only valid for 7 days. It has been almost 3 weeks now and the MFC loan has still not been paid. We dealt with Christo Genade from the Western Cape / Stellenbosch area.

Now we have already been charged additional interest and fees ... and the settlement amount is no longer applicable since the MFC loan has not been paid.

Could someone please assist us asap before the next payment goes off again. I would really like this to be sorted with the utmost urgency and the interest and fees that we have had to pay to be paid to us as well.
