Webuycars dishonesty

So I contacted webuycars to sell my vehicle, took rhe car in to their Pietermaritzburg branch and was given a price, I was to come back with the supporting documents in order to finalize the deal, on arrival there with rhe documents, they inspected the car again, test drove it, confirmed its in excellent condition then offered me R50k less than earlier stated, when I asked how come, they simply said that it's a nice clean vehicle however it's hard to sell so I asked why they didn't tell me this in the first instance, he couldn't answer me. My feeling is that they lure u in with a fair market price then when u there they low ball hoping u desperate to sell your vehicle and then take advantage of that situation.
