WeBuyCars deception

Purchased a vehicle on auction after reading through the Dekra report attached to the vehicle. The Dekra report clearly stated a 'CLEAN Report' i.e on the understanding there are NO issues / accidents. However, a month after purchase, boot refused to open and on investigation realized that there was a rear panel work conducted. On complaint WBC refused to entertain complaint, saying that 'Auction vehicles' are 'voetstoots' notwithstanding my reliance on the Dekra report. (Dekra I suspect, purposely hid this info as a "service" to their client WBC). Miosa (who has vested interest with motor industry) also refused to entertain as they claim that retailer is protected by 'voetstoots' clause on auctioned vehicles. Be careful of WeBuyCArs & Dektra/Miosa - both rely on deception to induce buyers. Basically a gang of 'legalized' *******! Be warned

I have raised the matter with MIOSA, and they clearly started in their response that they represent you (the Motor Retail industry) - so MIOSA has been formed to deceive the consumer in believing they have some rights. You would know what MIOSA adjudication will be!!- no surprises - MIOSA is definitely NOT an impartial adjudicator & WBC is obviously hiding their deceptive practices using MIOSA's name. The issue is simple - the vehicle was advertised using deceptive / purposely hidden information - together with a salesman who confirmed that the vehicle was not in an accident - & which would definitely NOT have been purchased had the information (that Dekra had known), been published. Again, any reasonable person will be able to ascertain, that WBC & associates, are a well oiled gang of *******, and one wonders why society has become so *******.
