WeBuyCars customer service-Worse than a visit to home affairs

Horrible after-sales service. My advice, If you're planning to buy a car over the purchase price of R100'000- don't waste your time with WeBuyCars. I bought a Jeep from them under a month ago. Sunroof started creaking after 5 days of use, battery stopped working 2 weeks after purchasing. The extremely helpful sales manager Jonathan Applebee was willing to help me each time I went into the branch and had even put a claim in to replace the battery since I told him I don't want the car not starting randomly somewhere if my wife has driving it in this country. However, his request was declined by the Operations manager (a request to have a battery replaced on a R380'000 vehicle after 2 weeks of owning it) based on the Operations managers reasoning of "Wear and Tear". I bought the battery myself privately since this ongoing fight with WeBuyCars is not worth the safety of my family and the car was sitting after 2 weeks of buying it because of this issue; and it would now be a month of not driving my vehicle if it was up to WeBuyCars. They should definitely reimburse me due to the consumer protection act, but let's see if they would rather fight than help (this seems to be the case so far). When I took my car for a service I was told by Innovations that WeBuyCars didn't pay them yet so my cover wasn't active (this was 2 weeks after buying the car) and so my car stood at the dealership and I needed to chase WeBuyCars daily to pay innovations so I could get my car's oil changed. Sunroof fix was declined by the warranty they sold me, after I was told it would be covered. Almost a month now and I still have not received my license plate and disk- I did however see multiple clients at the reception desk facing this same issue and found out thanks to networking with WeBuyCars staff that WeBuyCars is inundated by after sales customer complaints and prefers to sell you the car and move onto the next sale. Even the sales reps hands are tied from helping you; and the customer service agents give horrible customer service- all they do is pass the ball to you to keep chasing instead of actually focusing on resolving your query. After sending an email complaint, I received a call from an agent who was not helpful; she directed my complaint to Dan Harper (the branch manager of the Dom branch) and I've now been redirected to someone else in the branch that customer service says I need to get in touch with to tell my story from the beginning again in hopes to get some customer service. The worst customer service experience I've had- and WeBuyCars service is worse than customer service at home affairs or the licensing department- I got a natis document from the licensing office faster than I received help from WeBuyCars

Reviewer Update
Hi there. I received a call yesterday to escalate the situation and I was told to reply to the email with the proof of payment of the battery that I bought privately. Following up to see when that email will be sent by WeBuyCars so that I can reply and send these documents through
