Webuycars - ************ Concern - 77137

With reference to my warranty refund request which was processed today, 06 November, I am very disgusted with webuycars. I asked for the warranty added to my car to be cancelled as webuycars was not legally entitled to force me to take a car warranty. Webuyscars charged me up front R17,446 which was added to my vehicle finance amount on which I was then charged interest by the finance house. I requested that the warranty be cancelled and the Innovaton Group cancelled my warranty policy. They only refunded me the amount of R6113,28 which they say was the balance from the charged warranty total of R10486. The R4372,72 they claim is an administration fee for cancellation. Why am I being penalised for something I did not want in the first place? I expect to be refunded the full amount I paid which is R17,446. Furthermore, webuycars paid the innovation group only R10486 for the warranty and yet webuycars charged me R17446 upfront, where may I ask is the difference of R6960 (R17446 - R10 486)? Webuycars seem to be ****mers! Please resolve this issue! Webuycars comes across as ************ dealer.

Kindly ensure that I am refunded the full R177446 that webuycars charged me for the upfront warranty. I expect to hear from webuycars ASAP before I hand this matter over to my lawyers.
