Webuycars car giant, but not so giant on service

I'm quite disappointed with the service I received from this giant company. I app**** for a vehicle in September at the Brackenfell depot. With much to and fro, and the excuse of overbook values being thrown around, 2 weeks later still no response or deal made. It was said I was approved and the inquiry is loaded on my credit profile. I mentioned to the junior sales consultant nogals that Im starting to think that I should rather go to a company that actually gives a damn, no response still to date (23 November 2022).

What I expected at least from such a "service driven' organization: find me something else that isn't overbook or some suggestions when they boast such a large fleet. What I got: a big f*** you. What I took away from this: 1) The junior sales consultant will probably remain junior, 2) go to another company one time and 3) my money is probably not the same color as someone else's.

Conclusion: I went to Hyundai, got a brand new car, approved, delivered and deal done next day.
