We bought a category A Ford Figo from WBC and within days we realised there was a serious gearbox issue. We logged the problem on a Saturday morning and heard back from WBC within the hour. The quotation process, followed by legal paperwork, then the actual repairs (to the value of R34000), took nine workdays, with WBC constantly keeping us in the loop. We couldn't be happier, we're fetching the car tomorrow.
