WeBuyCars Brackengate

We visited the Brackengate branch of We Buy Cars, saw the car we would like to purchase. The 1st salesman brushed us off to another salesman. We submitted the necessary documentation and after a week didn't receive any feedback or communication. I decided to call the salesman and he told me the bank had rejected our application due to the car's value,but that he would like to assist us further. We selected a other car with a higher value. After another week has passed and still nothing from the salesman. I decided to contact our initial salesman and he said he was too busy.

We again visited the branch after two weeks, driving through to Brackenfell all the way from Paarl. It was a busy Saturday as most of the salesman were absent. My husband set off looking for someone to help us. Then we found JACQUES ENGELBRECHT. WOW! EXCELLENT SERVICE! He immediately attended and constantly communicated with us. Within four days from submitting the docs we fetched our car. If you're looking for great service, don't even bother with other salesman, ask for Jacques straight away!
