Webuycars Brackenfell branch - STAY AWAY

Guys, think twice before buying a vehicle at Webuycars.

I bough a vehicle over two months ago (Brackenfell webuycars) and still waiting for a part refund that was agreed on. (with proof).

After 2 site visits, numerous calls and 3 complaints logged, I just got promises and very little feedback.

If the amount was any bigger I would have taken the time to log a ***** complaint at the local SAPS.

They eagerly take your money and offer a coffee when you buy a vehicle, but after sales support is one of the worst I ever experienced.

In the little feedback I got, I was told that they slipped up, but that I will be paid ASAP. When I followed up, they told me it's been paid and I can wait 24h for money to reflect. A week later.... We are sorry again and we forgot again.... A month later, same promise about "already paid" and also another "sorry we messed up again" . Two week later... Still waiting Haha.

On numerous occasions I asked to speak to a manager. Every time I am told that they are not allowed to transfer me and that a manager will calle back in 30min. Still waiting on each of those requests as well.

Not a good reflection on a suppose to be good company. If you want quality vehicles, good after sales support and honesty, please go buy your next vroom somewhere else.
