webuycars bad service/response no papers for vehicle after 25 days

I brought a Kia Sportage thats engine packed up after 2 days. Long fight to get my money back..from webuycars Germiston Brought a GWM from Margo and still waiting for my registration papers after after almost 25 days. I keep asking Melissa and Margo but no response or bad response. I need to know what is going on as I need the car sorted out. and I stay in Delmas so the up and down driving is also expensive
