WeBuyCars bad after service, sales reps insulting and treating clients

We buy cars sales treaten people after sales. They sold a bakkie saying the aircon only need regas, but there where no aircon. When inquired about it the salesrep threaten us. Saying he will come to our house, ect. He even made accusations of the buyer smelled bad with the purchase. Complained about time spend inspecting the car, ect. Since when do you have to smell like flowers and can't spend time in inspecting the car? The salesrep keep on treating and make accusations on WhatsApp. What happened about after sales service?
