WeBuyCars auctions is a biggest **** ever. Somewhere last year, my sister and I saw a car on auction and got interested because my sister wanted a car for ehailing business. She signed in with her personal details and I transferred R4000 from my bank account to register for the bid. We lost the bid and we started to look for an option for a refund but to no avail. We called WeBuyCars several times but only got taken from pillar to post. We went to their branch in Germiston and they called the manager who told us to write an email and we did. Guess what, till todate, my money is still stuck in my sister’s WeBuyCars profile. Nothing or whatsoever from WeBuyCars. Very disappointed and betrayed by WeBuyCars.
