WeBuyCars: Arrogance in Full Gear
It seems the arrogance at WeBuyCars continues — responding only to glowing reviews while ignoring genuine complaints. My recent experience at the Brackenfell branch was deeply disappointing. A salesperson, claiming to be a manager, Sinovuyo Gxotha left me with a bitter taste and zero confidence in their customer service.
If this is how WeBuyCars chooses to treat serious buyers, perhaps it’s time to escalate the matter to MIOSA. Maybe then WeBuyCars will be compelled to respond properly and abandon this dismissive, arrogant approach.
