Webuycars are the worse, do not deal with them they are vey dishonest

I bought a Nissan NP200 in January 2025 from a salesman named Phakamani Mahlobo, the deal is financed by STD Bank. From the first day i bought it had a problem with the locking mechanism, when i locked it after parking it I couldn't re open it the salesman sent a Locksmith to open it an told to pay him and i will be refunded within 2 to 3 days. He also told me to bring the car in and they will repair it... so i paid the Locksmith and returned the car for repairs after a day or so they told me the car was repair and i should come pick up. However, when i got home the car had the same problem and it locked me out again (while the engine was running) i informed the salesman and he told me to call the locksmith and pay him myself again and i will be refunded. Its been three weeks now and i have not been refunded. I have escalated the matter to their management and i was give a Case number and told that someone by the name Tianari would handle my case. Tianari told me on the 3rd of Feb 2025 that the refund will be made in 3 days, three days went by and she stopped responding to my emails. I called Webuycars to complain about this and they told me they can't get hold of her she's in a meeting for three days now and she is still in a meeting. They late got someone name Prenola to call me and claim that she is her manager, this Prinola now told me the refund takes 7 days which had already lapsed when she called me, she gave me her personal number telling me i should call her the following day if I'm not refunded but, when i called the Phone rang and she would send it to voicemail. after that i was told by my colleague that this is what Webuycars does. they will give you a run around, get **** managers to call you just to frustrate till you forget about your refund and find other means to repair a car that they falsely said it was in good condition. Do not make a mistake of dealing with Webuycars, the good review you see here are from **** accounts
